Welcome to the New Jersey State Police Pipe Band

The Pipes and Drums of the Blue and Gold is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the art and culture of bagpipe bands and to promoting the image of the New Jersey State Police.

As a police pipe band, our primary mission is to perform at line of duty funerals for our fallen comrades. In these ceremonies, we honor their memory, comfort the family they have left behind, and inspire our troops back into battle. By doing so, we uphold centuries of Celtic, military, and police tradition.

The band also performs at official State Police ceremonies and at various events benefiting charitable organizations, both throughout the state and nationwide.
